Hugo Fashions journey into the fine custom tailoring company, commenced in 1968, the year the company was founded, destined to evolve into the now renowned firm, with a showroom, two workshops and a mail order office which takes care of online mail orders and orders from three other mail order companies: Numero International, Majestic Fashions and Steve International.
Today Hugo Fashions remains a family owned business with George Chuttani and his son Harry Chuttani representing the first and second generations respectively. Since its inception, the company has been inspired by George’s values, to excel at quality tailoring, superior value and services, to provide supreme customer care and to maintain the highest standard of integrity.

“I think its because I don’t try to substitute my wishes and taste for the customers, I adopt to his needs, I have great respect for his personality. Harry Chuttani, a second generation descendent of the Chuttani’s, joined the company in 1980, after completing his business studies.
Harry is a modest and passionate craftsman who loves and profoundly knows his work. He perfected the Hugo suit by experimenting Italian and English-made bespoke suits, to discover the mysteries of the garments internal construction and by improving the construction methods by using finer fabrics, soon the Hugo suit had no competition.
With the contributions of the families second generation, the company began to blossom, by then the importance and prestige of wearing a Hong Kong made custom tailored suit was slowly gaining acclaim.
